BUDDHAHOOD

THE CHRIST MIND IN YOU

Buddha claimed three words would permeate the mind of man

concerning the achievement of Buddahood. 

These three words are there for us as well

when seeking Christ Consciousness.

1  What?     2 Me?   3 How?

1. What is the nature ofBuddhahood or Christ Consciousness?

Do I really possess it?

How can I realize it or develop it?

Buddha said: Just as you have to eat a berry to

experience its taste.

So must you experience Buddhahood to understand.

It is important to know what Buddhahood is, for

at the same time you will realize what

Christ Consciousness is.

FIRST LET US LOOK AT WHAT IT IS NOT

It is not a supernatural state.

It does not give you power to do magical feats.

It is not divorced from every day reality.

BUDDHAHOOD OR CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS EXISTS.

It is a state of consciousness that physically, really exists.

It manifests here and now through people in this real world.

The important thing to understand is that

this state of consciousness can be activated by every

human being here and now on this planet earth.

JESUS TAUGHT US THE IMPORTANCE

OF A NEW CONSCIOUSNESS

The scripture portrayed Jesus as someone who

was just like you and me  but who had tapped into

something special that is available for everyone.

In John 5:30

Jesus said "I can of myself do nothing.

If I bear witness of myself, then my witness is false.

THEN HOW COULD HE DO ALL OF

THESE WONDERFUL THINGS?

Quite simply

He tapped into a power that he tried to show

us was available for us to tap into as well .

In His own words He told us that He had no power

that you and I do not also have in this physical realm as a

human being.

THE MISUNDERSTANDING OF JESUS COMING

TO EARTH IN THE FLESH

Here is the scripture that has been so misunderstood

1 John 4:2 Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ

has come in the flesh is of God.

Most people will interpret that to mean that they must realize

that Jesus Christ came to earth as a human being.

That is not what it means.

Notice that it says, "every spirit" that confesses.

Not every person.

That means when you develop an understanding

within yourself that Jesus Christ comes in the flesh

of every human being that makes you part of God.

Doesn't that make sense to you?

If you realize that within yourself you can touch

the actual Jesus Christ, that would make you a part of God.

On the other hand most people think that if you

say Jesus came to earth as a person that would fulfill the

 scripture.

How could saying something like that make you part of God,

when nobody really knows if Jesus physically existed?

But if you seek to touch Christ within yourself then

you have touched the light.

BUDDHA AND JESUS SPOKE OF THE HIGHER LIFE

The stories about Buddha and Jesus made clear that

they lived in a higher life state.

But they both made it clear that you and I

can do the same thing.
