CELEBRATING
CHRISTMAS
I guess the most difficult part about Christmas is that it actually is one day.
There is a tremendous build up, excitement builds as we look forward to the day.
Then the day comes and goes so fast.
Before you know it, its over.
The problem here is that we have created an outside event instead of an inside change. Christmas never becomes an inner change.
It simply is a day on the calendar that comes and goes and leaves us hoping for next Christmas, next year.
THE ANOINTING
Christmas means Christ Mass. The celebration of Christ.
The word Christ means the anointed.
Thus Christmas is actually the celebration of the anointing of which hardly anyone knows anything.
That is why Christmas comes and goes and we are left in the same condition after as before.
Because we do not make the anointing a part of our lives and for this reason we experience only the excitement and then comes the let down and exhaustion.
THE SOLSTICE
The real concept of Christmas is of the sun rising out of the solstice.
December 25th ends the solstice and the Sun rises out of its tomb to begin its ascension to sit at the right side in the Northern sky on June 21 when we experience the longest day at the summer solstice.
The story of Jesus rising out of the tomb at Easter is actually the sun rising out of the solstice on Christmas.
The traditions were reversed by the early church.
But the entire meaning is the sun energy rising up and to the right which in turn brings us new life in Spring and Summer.
The actual apparent movement of the Sun is truly the movement of the Christ.
From birth, through crucifixion, to the tomb of the solstice, to rebirth on Dec 25.
To the encounter with the waterman, the fishermen, the lamb , sitting at the right hand ,and finally ending in the sign of the Lion.
It is the riddle of the Sphinx.
From Virgo in September to Leo in August.
THE CONSTELLATION COMA
The picture of mother and child relates to the Constellation Coma which is mother and child.
Coma is in the zodiacal sign Virgo which symbol is the birth from the virgin.
The donkey and manger are found in the Constellation Cancer.
The star Asellus is the donkey and the star Praesepe is the manger.
THE SUN ALSO RISES
As of December 25th, each day after will become a little longer.
There will be a little more sun.
Finally the sun energy will touch the top. The anointing will take place and we will passover to Spring ,and then to summer.
All that has been dead through the cold dark winter will burst forth into new life. That is the essence of Christmas which we have missed.
CHRISTMAS IN YOU
But what about you.
What is Christmas in you.
It is exactly the same as Christmas in the cosmos.
The solar energy must move upward and to the right so there will be an anointing and your life will passover from the cold dark times ,to the times of enlightenment and new life.
But to us Christmas is one day. It comes, we sing a few songs and it is gone.
We missed it.
December 25th the Sun will be born out of the solstice and begin its journey upward and to the right. It has an appointment with the Lamb of God, Aries.
It then will anoint the higher realms of the cosmos and summer will come and bring forth all that is new.
In you ,Christmas is when the sun energy in the solar plexus begins its journey upward and to the right where the anointing will take place in your mind and summer will come to your life and bring forth all that is new.
AS WITHOUT SO WITHIN
That is Christmas, the birth of Gods sun.
When you turn yourself inward and watch deep within, you cause the sun energy to begin to move upward from the solar plexus.
It rises up the spinal canal.
At the point of the hypoglossal nerve where the spine and brain meet, it touches an organ called olivara. It is the olive.
At that point the electrical energy flowing through the oil which is the spinal fluid ,touches the olive and you are anointed with olive oil.
You celebrate the anointing, you experience Christmas.
The celebration of the anointing.
Just prior to opening the way to the right hemisphere, the solar energy will touch the Pineal Gland of the brain.
The melatonin flows into your body and you become enlightened to the things of life and the things of God.
The Pineal Gland bursts into the fire of life and spreads that fire throughout the mind burning away all that is old and dying to allow all that is new and filled with life to be conceived.
EPIPHANY THE PINEAL
On January 6th, traditional religion celebrates Epiphany which is the enlightening.
The word roots from the word epiphysis.
When you look in the medical dictionary you will see that the Pineal Gland of the brain has another name. It is called epiphysis.
So now we understand what the enlightening truly is.
The stimulation of the Pineal Gland by the sun energy rising from the lower part of the body.
Celebrating Epiphany and Christmas is to make it a part of your body and mind. To make it a part of your existence.
To celebrate Christmas perpetually is to take part in the rising of the sun energy within you, to sit at the right hand allowing it to bring you to new life and new understanding.
WHAT IS JESUS ?
Keep in mind that as we consider the Sun in the sky and the sun energy inside of you that this is the birth of Jesus.
The word Jesus is a Greek word whose numerical value is 888 which in Greek mythology is the mythical Sun.
Truly Jesus is the Sun in the sky and in you, and on Dec 25th that Sun will rise out of the solstice .
It will right ascend to sit at the right hand and bring us all new life.
DECEMBER TWENTY FIFTH
The reason why Christmas came to be celebrated on December 25th is that early Christians wished the date to coincide with the Roman festival marking the "birthday of the unconquered sun" (natalis solis invicti); this festival celebrated the time , when the days again begin to lengthen and the sun begins to climb higher in the sky.
THE CHURCH AND CHRISTMAS
You have to keep in mind that for the first 300 years the Christian church had no birth celebration for Jesus.
No one knew for 300 years.
In 400 AD there began to develop arguments about when to consider the birth of Jesus. This was all made up then. The thought did not exist before.
Some wanted to celebrate the birth to coincide with Koreion when the divine Virgin was said to have given birth to the God Man in Alexandria Egypt.
Quite a coincidence that this story of the virgin birth is written in Greek and Alexandria Egypt was the center of Greek activity in Egypt.
The Christian Church did adopt this date but called it Epiphany.
It is January 6th.
As you know Epiphany is from epiphysis which also means Pineal. Referring to the Pineal Gland of the brain.
THE GOD MAN MITHRA
The God Man who had come to save the world from its sins before Jesus.
The men of Rome decided that the day of Mithras birth would do fine for Jesus birth since there were so many already celebrating it.
Thus Mithra became Jesus.
Born on Dec 25th.
The birthday of Mithra on Dec 25th was the birthday of the Sun and it was called Dies Natalis Solis Invictis, birthday of the unconquered sun.
There were other God Men who also represented the sun and also had their birthdays celebrated on Dec 25th.
Attis, Dionysius, Osiris, Syrian and Baal.
They also were called Light Of the World, Son of Righteousness, and Savior.
ANCIENT MYSTERY RELIGIONS
The ancient mystery religions always celebrated the birth of the Divine Child at the winter solstice which was Dec 25th.
In Norway they celebrated the birthday of the Lord Child Frey at the nadir of the sun in the darkest days of winter known to them as Yule.
The night of the birth, Christmas Eve, was called Modranect from the latin matrum noctem. The night of the mother.
Well since everyone else was already calling Dec 25th Gods birthday, the Roman church in the year 400 made it official and gave this day to Jesus birth.
The church of Jerusalem continued to ignore the date until 700 ad.
CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS
The origin of Yule logs, gifts, lights, mistletoe , holly, carols etc were drawn from worship of the Goddess as the mother of the divine child.
It is interesting when you realize that Epiphany is from epiphysis which also means Pineal which is the Pineal Gland of the brain, or the third eye to the ancient mystics.
And then you start to consider the origin of the Christmas tree.
CHRISTMAS
TREE

Christmas trees evolved from the pinea silva, pine groves that were attached to the temples of the Great Mother.
On the night before a holy day Roman Priests called dendrophori or tree bearers cut one of the sacred pines , decorated it, and carried it into the temple of Attis.
What is interesting here is that the word Pineal means Pine Cone.
And the Pine was the first tree of ancient Christmas.
CHRISTIAN CONCERN
Some of the early Christian church leaders became concerned about what was going on.
They should see it now.
Polydor Virgil a Christian leader in 400 said the following,
Dancing, masques, mummeries, stage plays, and other Christmas disorders now in use with Christians were derived from Roman Saturnalian and Bacchanalian festivals which should cause all pious Christians eternally to abominate them".
Puritans in 17th century Massachusetts tried to ban Christmas altogether because of its overt heathenism.
The attempt failed.
Saturn's great festival, became the most popular of Roman festivals, and its influence is still felt in the celebration of Christmas and the Western world's New Year.
The Saturnalia was originally celebrated on December 17, but it was later extended seven days.
It was the merriest festival of the year: all work and business were suspended; slaves were given temporary freedom to say and to do what they liked; certain moral restrictions were eased; and presents were freely exchanged.
The weekday Saturday (Latin Saturni dies) was named for Saturn.
THE MITHRA CULT AND YOU
As for Mithra, it is important to keep in mind that the reason you celebrate Christmas and celebrate it on Dec 25th first started with Mithra.
The creation of the world is the central episode of Mithra.
According to the myths, the sun god sent his messenger, the raven, to Mithra and ordered him to sacrifice the bull.
Mithra executed the order reluctantly; in many reliefs he is seen turning aside his face in sorrow.
But at the very moment of the death of the bull, a great miracle happened.
The white bull was metamorphosed into the moon; the cloak of Mithra was transformed into the vault of the sky, with the shining planets and fixed stars; from the tail of the bull and from his blood sprung the first ears of grain and the grape; from the genitals ran the holy seed which was received by a mixing bowl.
Every creature on earth was shaped with an admixture of the holy seed. One Mithraic hymn begins:
"Thou hast redeemed us too by shedding the eternal blood."
CREATION FROM CHRISTMAS
The plants and the trees were created.
Day and Night began to alternate, the Moon started her monthly cycle, the Seasons took up their round dance through the year, and thus yime was created.
But, awakened by the sudden light, the creatures of the dark emerged from earth.
A serpent licked the bull's blood. A scorpion tried to suck the holy seed from the genitals.
On the relief's, a lion often is also seen.
With the bull's death and the creation of the world, the struggle between Good and Evil began: this is the condition of man's life.
The raven symbolizes Air, the lion Fire, the serpent Earth, and the mixing bowl Water.
So the four elements (air, fire, earth, and water) came into being, and from them all things were created.
After the sacrifice, Mithra and the sun god banqueted together, ate meat and bread, and drank wine.
Then Mithra mounted the chariot of the sun god and drove with him across the ocean, through the air to the end of the world.
He was born Dec 25th because he was the sun.
He was crucified because he was the Sun.
He rose from the grave because he was the Sun.,
HAPPY NEW YEAR

On the Roman New Year (January 1), houses were decorated with greenery and lights, and gifts were given to children and the poor.
To these observances were added the German and Yule rites when the Teutonic tribes penetrated into Gaul, Britain, and central Europe.
Food and good fellowship, the Yule log and Yule cakes, greenery and fir trees, and gifts and greetings, all commemorated different aspects of this festive season.
Fires and lights, symbols of warmth and lasting life, have always been associated with the winter festival, both pagan and Christian.
Since the European Middle Ages, evergreens, as symbols of survival, have been associated with Christmas.
Christmas is traditionally regarded as the festival of the family and of children, presents are exchanged in many countries.
THE BIRTHDAY OF THE SUN
But Christmas is first and foremost the birth of the Sun outside that will bring us more light and longer days and warmth and finally new life as the Sun sits at the right side.
And Christmas is first and foremost the birth of the Sun inside of you.
That will bring you more light and longer days and warmth and finally new life as the Solar energy within you rises to sit at the right hemisphere and you passover to a whole new experience.
That is the gift that God has for you.
It is wrapped and waiting for you.
You are the tree of life.
The gift is waiting for you under the tree at the base of your spine.
Open it and the magic light will be set free and carry you up the chimney and out into the stars and there you will hear the angels singing.
Joy to the world. For you have come.
And the stars will sing, and the trees of the fields will clap their hands.
Go under the tree and unwrap your gift and celebrate Christmas forever.
