The Mayans were an ancient culture who had developed an

extremely sophisticated writing system as well as a sophisticated system of astronomy.

It's important for me to look at the credibility of someone or some group before getting

too involved in quoting their work, or investigating for myself any predictions

The prophecy about 2012 was not limited to the Mayan Culture. Though they were

considered credible  because of their very advanced knowledge of the

cosmos and the precession of the equinoxes.

To try and understand what it is all about I will take you to a web site called The

Living Prophecy which studies the works of the 7th century Mayan prophet

named Pacal Votan.

In addition there are some comments and thoughts by the web host.

When I first looked at the Mayan culture to see what this 2012 prophecy was about,
I was ready to forget it because I found the culture to be less then credible for this

reason.

Regardless of how old this culture was, their religious beliefs as far as I am concerned,

totally negate anything that is considered positive for an ancient culture.

The Mayan culture eventually embraced the Roman Church and follow that

 religious tradition to this time.

I therefore would consider this only on the basis of the work and comments

of  Pacal Votan.

Let us look at the key considerations or points that Votan made in his prophecy

The second statement above  is a prophecy that has been fulfilled with

Global Warming and the part that human cosmic pollution plays in it.

The third statement above is a need for us to understand natural time which

 is based on the Zodiac and the procession of the equinoxes as opposed to linear time.

 Linear time is man made time.

 Natural time is how earth changes depend not only days or weeks but on

 the universal frequency of synchronization which is synchronized movement

the same as they were thousands of years ago.

Twenty four hours in a day. 60 minutes in an hour. Our calendar etc.

All of these are man made and have nothing in common with actual time which

depends totally on synchronization between earth

are totally ignorant of the timing of the universe.

There are seasons of the universe, and changes are brought upon the earth in the

same way that the seasons of the earth bring about changes.

Without being aware of the actual time of the universe is the same as if people were

wanting to go to the beach in February, or wearing heavy clothes and gloves in August.

We are totally ignorant of the season we are living in, and for this reason have no idea

as to what happened last cosmic year and what will happen next cosmic year and when

the change of season will occur this cosmic year.

How many of us even know what season of the universe we are presently

is the fact that what Votan was prophecying is very much in line with our

understanding of Supernova 1987a and the vesica piscis which I will get into

as we go along.

So we are looking at Dec 21 2012 not as a prophecy of an ancient culture but

in terrible destruction.

But when one looks at the definition of the word Apocalypse one sees something

The word  Apocalypse means the lifting of the veil.

That is what the Book of Revelation is about but the completely unknowing

religious writers portray it as a great physical battle between armies instead

of a battle to save and uplift the human mind which Votan said would occur

1987a . Electrical energy from both, one being the 7th Seal SN1987a ,and the other

being the 7th Angel, Eta Carina, which will bring the mass mind into a totally new realm

of understanding.

So basically this is the coming of what we in the west would call the Christ mind while

in the East it would be the Krishna mind.

The son of man is actually the Sun of man and it is the energy of fire which rises

up the 7 chakras or 7 seals of the spine to the right hemisphere.

And when that occurs you will sit upon the twelve thrones which are

the twelve cranial nerves of the brain  judging the 12 tribes which is the various realms of

consciousness that eminate from the 12 nerves in harmony with the

12 constellations of the Zodiac.

That then is the return of Christ or the Christ mind which regeneration is proposed

 by the ancients for December 21 2012.

The end of the 26,000 year precession will be December 21 2012 at a certain time of day.

The first thing to understand is that the word is not procession which is a type of

So let's look at the prophecy itself and how it connects to cosmic bodies seen through

Dr Jose Arquelles wrote a book called Time and the Technosphere, and this

aligns it with constellations that takes 26,000 years to complete.

To me there simply is too much that I do not truly understand about astronomy and

how it connects to the Zodiac and in particular this question of 2012.
