The key word is perfection which is meditation to achieve the renewed or Christ mind.
LEAVE THE PRACTICE OF BAPTISM
The other key is a direct statement from the Bible to leave the practice of doctrine including the doctrine of Baptism.
TRUE BAPTISM IS QUANTUM MIND CHANGE
So here the Bible is saying, that this is a quantum or invisible Baptism that is in the realm of perfection, where thought is subdued and the light descends to you.
