MOTHERS DAY
THE DAY
There is a day widely accepted by tradition as mothers day.
Mothers are taken out to dinner and given flowers and there are signs out front of churches that one should honor their mother.
But lodged deep down within this event lies something that has caused this world much unneeded death and destruction.
How could mothers day point to death and destruction.
There are two sources of serious violence in the world.
Religion and Government
For they are the ones who are directly responsible for the evils of the world by destroying the universal influence of mother and replacing it with the universal influence of father.
They are the ones who have broken asunder our earthly home and our universal parents.
One has to look around at the world and its wars and its violence against children, and nature and ask, is that the influence of mother, or is that the influence of father?
FATHER IS NOT BAD
I am not in any way saying that father wants war and oppression, but what I am saying is that father wants victory and strength for his children, while mother wants healing, intelligence, and peace.
When the two work together it is a beautiful blending but when mother must submit to father, and fathers will is in charge, then we see what we have seen.
The need to excel physically, the need to challenge, the need to fight and be victorious.
It’s a very dominant problem in our current government.
They don’t want to talk with those they disagree with, they want to fight.
OUR GOVERNMENT
WILL NOT TALK
Currently there is a situation with Iran and nuclear weapons.
The President of Iran wrote to President Bush to open a dialogue.
But our government says they will not talk.
Instead they are going to test a 700 ton bomb in Nevada the end of May.
That is the deep male influence of fighting to win instead of talking to work things out.
The President Of Iran asked our President some interesting questions.

For some time now, I have been thinking, how one can justify the undeniable contradictions that exist in the international arena - which are being constantly debated, specially in political forums and among university students.
Many questions remain unanswered.
These have prompted me to discuss some of the contradictions and questions, in the hopes that it might bring about an opportunity to redress them.
How can one be a follower of Jesus Christ , the great Messenger of God, and feel obliged to respect human rights, present liberalism as a civilization model, announce one's opposition to the proliferation of nuclear weapons and WMDs [weapons of mass destruction], and finally, work towards the establishment of a unified international community - a community which Christ and the virtuous of the Earth will one day govern...
However, at the same time, make war and terror his slogan, have countries attacked, the lives, reputations and possessions of people destroyed on the slight chance of criminals being in a village or city, or convoy, and have the entire village, city or convoy, set ablaze?
Or, because of the possibility of the existence of WMDs in one country, have it occupied and around 100,000 people killed, its water sources, agriculture and industry destroyed, close to 180,000 foreign troops put on the ground, the sanctity of private homes of citizens broken, and the country pushed back perhaps 50 years?
At what price? Hundreds of billions of dollars spent from the treasury of one country and certain other countries, and tens of thousands of young men and women - as occupation troops - put in harm's way, taken away from family and loved ones, their hands stained with the blood of others, subjected to so much psychological pressure that every day some commit suicide and those returning home suffer depression, become sickly and grapple with all sorts of ailments; while some are killed and their bodies handed to their families.
On the pretext of the existence of WMDs, this great tragedy came to engulf both the peoples of the occupied and the occupying country. Later it was revealed that no WMDs existed to begin with.
Of course, Saddam [Hussein] was a murderous dictator.
But the war was not waged to topple him.
The announced goal of the war was to find and destroy weapons of mass destruction...but he was toppled along the way towards another goal.
Nevertheless, the people of the region are happy about it (his removal).
I point out that throughout the many years of the ... (Iraq) war on Iran [in the 1980s], Saddam was supported by the West.
Mr President,
You might know that I am a teacher. My students ask me how can these actions be reconciled with the values outlined at the beginning of this letter and duty to the tradition of Jesus Christ the Messenger of peace and forgiveness.
He goes on and quotes much scripture both in the Koran and the Bible and he makes it clear at least to me that this indeed is a religious problem.
A problem that lays at the doorstep of the two components of suffering and destruction, Religion and Government.
Let me show you a bit further into the letter.
We believe a return to the teachings of the divine prophets is the only road leading to salvations. I have been told that Your Excellency follows the teachings of Jesus , and believes in the divine promise of the rule of the righteous on Earth.
We also believe that Jesus Christ was one of the great prophets of the Almighty.
He has been repeatedly praised in the Koran.
Jesus has been quoted in Koran as well; (19,36) "And surely Allah is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serves Him; this is the right path, Marium."
So do you see the combination we have here?
Two men, government leaders, deeply involved in religious beliefs. Muslim and Christian.
So we have government and religion. And what do they have in common ?
What they have in common is something that impacts deeply on Mothers day.
WHAT GOVERNMENT AND RELIGION
HAVE IN COMMON
First of all government.
In the United States, what does the declaration of independence say?
July 4 1776
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness
The problem here is that when it said all MEN are created equal that’s exactly what it meant.
In 1776 women were not allowed to vote because they were not considered equal with men.
In fact women did not receive the right to vote until the 19th amendment was passed in 1920

Now I don’t have to stand up here and recount how difficult it has been for women to achieve equality with men in this society.
The term Womens Lib means Womens Liberation and that in turn means liberation from the discrimination against them as viable and equal members of society forced on them by men.
That is why women were not allowed to vote until about 75 years ago. That is why you have never seen a woman president.
That is why women get paid less then men for the same job.
We have mothers day in the same way that you would throw a dog a scrap from the table. We have mothers day to keep them quiet.
But we have by our very acceptance of these male dominated cults, been party to the destruction of the mother influence upon the earth, resulting in the aggressive male influence that has been so instrumental in the wars fought many times in the name of God.
NOW LET US LOOK AT GOVERNMENT'S EFFECT ON WOMEN
IN MANY PARTS OF THE WORLD OVER THERE
What more can be said ?
So that’s the government side of oppression against women.
The religious side is demonstrated in this picture over there and the obsession of the literal interpretation of the Bible of Christianity.
MOTHER WOULDN'T DO THAT
There is a song that was sung years ago by Burl Ives.
The title of the song is "Mother Wouldn’t Do That."
When you look at all of the horrors of the world today it seems that the Burl Ives song could apply to worldly events as well as personal events in singing, "Mother Wouldn’t Do That."
And so the family, the home, the mother, is destroyed by what?
The same thing that has destroyed the peace of the world.
Religion.
The very ones that make such an issue about the value of the family have been at the roots of its destruction.
And governments founded on religious principles such as this one continue the same thing.
The violence, the abuse of children and the oppressed.
Mother really wouldn't do that.
OUR BIBLE
THE WORD OF GOD ?
We have written scriptures filled with the need to relegate woman to a lower stature.
Thus the Bible as the word of God may have to be redefined as the partial word of God. The father part.
Certainly the mother part could not be comfortable with these scriptures.
The Bible is an ancient book that in many instances was written by human beings who obviously had a political agenda on their mind.
1 Timothy 2:14
14. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
1 Corinthians 11:3
3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
1 Corinthians 11:8-9
8. For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.
9. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.
1 Timothy 2:11-15
11. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12. But I do not allow a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
13. For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
14. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
15. Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
PROOF THE BIBLE WAS CHANGED BY
PEOPLE WITH A POLITICAL AGENDA
If you want to see Biblical scripture with a political agenda look at this where the scripture from the Old Testament saying all life that comes from the womb is sacred to God is changed in the New Testament to say only males that come from the womb are sacred to God.
Obviously someone with a political agenda wrote this.
Exodus 13:2
2. Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatsoever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of beast: it is mine.
Here you see the Old Testament saying that whatsoever opens the womb is Gods.
Luke 2:23
(As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that opens the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)
Here in the New Testament it is changed.
Every male that opens the womb is Gods.
Now let us look at the very strange statement that has not only degraded women but also paved the way for religious sexual abuse of boys.
And an instruction regarding sex was expressed in the Bible which certainly must make one wonder during these times when the Christian emphasis on the right is so concerned about homosexuals and lesbians.
1 Corinthians 7:1
1. Now concerning the things whereof you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
Their emphasis was on strange anti sexual behavior which they felt would in some way impact on their spiritual well being.
In other words they were not able to separate the physical body from the invisible electro body then and they are unable to do that now.
But you will notice that all of this direction is ordained and demanded by men.
There is not one comment from a woman. In fact in the entire Bible there is very little that is relevant that comes from a woman.
RELIGION MUST DEMEAN WOMEN
So you see the religious need to demean women.
It started thousands of years ago and it goes on today.
When these religious influences became part of the societies the combination then declared that all MEN are created equal and , and women wear burkas.
This goes on today in various ways in which a woman covers her head in some churches and man and women sit separately in others and all kinds of things like that.
But this degrading of women has had devastating effects on the lives of all people and living things upon the earth because it has held up for adoration the accomplishments of the warriors.
Nowhere is a womans status as a sexual object for men more graphically demonstrated then in this new testament instruction of why people should get married.
THE CHRISTIAN MARRIAGE
Probably the most degrading Biblical statement is connected with marriage.
Not for love, not for happiness, not for togetherness.
But right after the Bible says it is good for a man not to touch a woman, it prescribes marriage, for one thing and for one thing only.
1 Corinthians 7:2
Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
1 Corinthians 7:8-9
I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, It is good for them if they abide even as I.
But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.
What is this guy saying ?
To paraphrase:To those who are single I say don’t get married, be like me.
But if you cant contain your sexual urges get married because its better to do that then to burn.
The only reason this guy sees for marriage is sex.
Nothing else.
And that is the Christian approach right out of the Bible of the reason men and women should marry.
For their inability to curb their sexual desires.
Not for love, not for family, not for companionship.
FOR SEX
HYPOCRITES
So let me say that the religions and governments who tell you to honor your mother are hypocrites.

MEMORIAL DAY
When memorial day comes, do we memorialize those who have helped ease sickness, or those who have taught us?
Do we think of Dr Salk, or Albert Einstein, or Mother Theresa, no, we think of soldiers and wars.
That’s father.
THE BROKEN HOME
What happens to the children of the home when their mother is taken from them?
What happens to the home when mother and father separate or divorce.
The chaos that often happens in the lives of the children is not limited to the home, as those children mature, in numerous cases chaos follows them. They have lost their mother, or their parents are broken apart.
THE BROKEN EARTH
The people of the earth are the children of the earth.
The children of the earth also experience chaos that has followed them ever since their mother was taken away. Ever since their family unit was broken. Amazingly , their mother was taken away by the very ones who preach honoring mother.
Religion.
So we as the children of the earth can look upon the chaos of the earth. The violence of the earth, the abuse of children of the earth, and wonder what might have been if our mother had not been taken away.
THE GREAT CHANGE
Many years ago the world took a shift away from the peace and the healing and the love of mother, to the strength, and victory, and aggression of father.
Even to this day in church it is father who is the strength and the leader, and mother who stays with the children and does what she is told by father.
It is the pastor who is the leader while his wife plays the organ.
It is the President who is the leader , it is the woman who must cover her face, it is the woman who in this country was not allowed to vote as recently as 75 years ago while the children were taught in school that all men were created equal.
And so when we set a day aside to honor mother we are hypocrites, because if we were to be true to ourselves we would admit that we have done everything imaginable through the ages of time to degrade the position of woman in the world for the sake of man.
THE ANCIENT MATRIARCH
The ancient cultures of the earth were not patriarchal (father), they were matriarchal (mother).
That was the way it was created, that was the way it was intended, but the strength of the male eventually prevailed and by strength of muscle alone the mother as the leader was replaced by the father. The woman was replaced by the man.
The goddess was replaced by the god.
The ancient mythologies all spoke of the creatress rather then the creator because living things could only be formed by the female.
Women in ancient cultures were the producers and distributors of vegetable foodstuffs and were the owners of the land. They made the earth valuable and equated it with themselves.
Thus mother earth.
In the most ancient times mothers headed the family groups and bequeathed all property in the female line, men could inherit nothing.
A STARTLING TRUTH
FROM LONG AGO
We have a current nightmare in our culture of religious people molesting children, mostly boys.
We traced the origin of that to the ancient myth of Zeus and Ganymede.
And why was it according to the myth that the boy was placed as an object of affection and sexual gratification to the gods?
Hebe
In antiquity before the arrival of the patriarchal solar gods the task of preparing and serving the nectar of the Gods belonged to the beautiful Hebe, goddess of eternal youth and daughter of Hera the Great Mother.
When Zeus conquered the throne of the gods. (when man overcame women) he forced Hera to marry him and then constantly humiliated her with his infidelity.
As a sign of his supremacy he took the young Hebes task away from her using the fact that she had fallen as his excuse.
Ganymede
In her place he put the handsome boy Ganymede with whom he had fallen in love.
The love of Zeus for Ganymede The love of Apollo for Hyacinthus
Were the first examples of male homosexuality in the Greek religion.
So the stage was set for the world.
The mother was no longer in charge.
The father was now in charge.
The woman was no longer superior, the man was now superior and with this change came the wars and aggression that are now a way of life and where we celebrate our victory's even in church with soldiers carrying the flag down the aisle as all sing God bless America.
And the male cults molest little children, and the male cults encourage the wars to defend the honor of their particular God.
And the world has become a violent, frightful place, because the influence of the mother has been thrown down.
And once a year, the male dominance has allowed a day to recognize the one they have degraded so that her offspring may take her to lunch at a local restaurant and bring her to church , offering in hand.
And that is the reason for the sorry state of affairs on planet earth today. And responsibility for this mess must be shared equally by preachers and politicians.

THE ETHIOPAN WOMAN
There is a writing of the comments of an Ethiopian women expressed to the Greek writer Froebenius and she provides the basic psychological attitude of the primitive mother.
How can a man know what a womans life is ?.
The man spends a night by a woman and goes away.
His life and body are always the same.
The woman conceives.
As a mother she is another person from the woman without child. She carries the fruit of the night nine months long in her body. Something grows. Something grows into her life that never again departs from it. She is a mother.
She remains a mother even though her child dies, though all her children die.
For at one time she carried the child under her heart. And it does not go out of her heart ever again. Not even when it is dead.
All this the man does not know, he knows nothing. He does not know the difference before love and after love, before motherhood and after motherhood. He can know nothing. Only a woman can know.
That is why we won’t be told what to do by our husbands.
And that was how the ancient world existed.
It was woman, it was mother.
In all countries from the Euphrates to the Adriatic the chief divinity was first in the form of a woman.
SOMETHING HAPPENED
Yes something happened and the Great Mother was changed to the father God.
In Hindu, the Great Mother Kali Ma wore on her necklace of skulls the sacred Sanskrit letters which she invented and invested with such power that she could create things simply by pronouncing their names.
This led to Christian concept of the Word or Logos.
In the beginning was the word and the word was the Great Mother Kali Ma.
That was changed to read and the word was God.
For a long time men feared to oppose women because they were convinced that women were more closely allied with the forces of nature.
In Northern Europe the Elder gods led by Mother Earth and the Goddess Freya were over thrown by new father deities led by Father Odin.
In the Aegean the followers of Father Zeus fought the worshippers of Mother Rhea.
Tiamat
In Babylon worshippers of Marduk rebelled against the mother Tiamat whose own son killed her to take over her world creating function.
It could no longer be accepted that the mother was the creator.
The myth changed and father overwhelmed mother and she was thrown down.
THEY'RE NOT SPIRITUAL
THEY'RE WITCHES !!
What better way to discredit one then to accuse them of being in league with evil.
The church still does that today.
Back then women began to be depicted as witches. Their spiritual power was said to come from witchcraft. Women were said to belong to the Goddess the Moon.
Men adopted the cult of the sun god over the moon goddess and began murdering women and leaving only immature girls alive.
This is exactly what is depicted in the Bible .
The same exact thing.
Numbers 31:17 Kill every little boy and all the women who have had sex but keep the little girls alive for yourself.
What is different between that Bible story and the more ancient cults that did the exact same thing.
Yet this is supposed to be the word of God.
The overthrow of the mother was the historical downfall of the female sex.
And that is what our governments and our religions are based on to this very day.
From that time until this it has meant the downfall of humanity from a peaceful social order to a structure based on , and maintained by, aggression and force.

The mistake began when God was created in a male image.
That makes life so perverted and death so unnatural.
We should have imagined life as created in the birth pain of God the Mother. Then we would understand why we, her children, have inherited pain, for we would know that our lifes rhythm beats from her great heart torn with the agony of love and birth.

Religion, as we will now show in the Bible was determined to eliminate the mother aspect of God . Religion was determined to undermine the position of woman. Our family unit as children of the earth was being torn apart.
Lets look at that in the Bible in Acts 19:27

So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nothing; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshipped.
Isn't that an interesting statement about the preachers job?
Our craft is in danger.
Our jobs are taken by women.
We have to destroy any references to mother. And they did
In the Bible Jesus is given words that reduce the stature of mother.
John 2:3-4 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus said to him, They have no wine.
Jesus said to her, Woman, what have I to do with you? my hour is not yet come.
OUR HERITAGE
As the mother influence was eliminated from the church , our western religion became what it is now.
An exercise in male dominated power .
MOTHERS DAY
Mothers day was so ordained by the hyprocrites of religion and government who have worked over the centuries to see that the true nature of God as mother and father would forever more be replaced by father only.
The family unit was destroyed, our mother was taken away and you see the results.
OUR TRADITION
So we have been structured by religion and government to regard woman as a home maker and child rearer while we understand man as the leader, the inventor, the warrior, the God.
The ancient mother Goddess religions gave a sense of future through intimacy, love, a devotion to the value of all persons, a respect for the child, a deep sense of human morality.
They did not give what our father God religions have given us.
Anxiety, guilt, and a sense of sin imposed by males made insecure from earliest childhood by a social order based on male intimidation and dominance. That is what religion and government are, and that is why the world is an absolute mess.
We have been unable to achieve the feelings of community, love and peace, because we have thrown down the Mother Goddess as a model.
We have thrown down the importance of woman and bow only at the feet of the Father .
We dare not do otherwise.
THERE GOES OUR FAMILY
And so the family, the home, the mother, is destroyed by what?

You have seen how by degrading women, the religions and governments of the world have placed us in the position of children whose mother has been taken from them or whose family has been split apart with the results that we all see in the violent approach to life that is the tradition of both religion and government.
IT'S ALL MYTHOLOGY
But honestly, all of this is mythology.
It has absolutely nothing to do with men and women, mothers or fathers.
It has to do with balance.
Mythology is a coded language speaking of the relationship of astronomy (the universe) and anatomy (you).
It is the balance of Positive and Negative, Male and Female, Yin and Yang.
If you have an electric lamp and wish to get light from it, that lamp must have connections that are both male and female, positive and negative.
If one or the other is missing, then the lamp will not light and there will be darkness.
The mythological treatment of father and mother , male and female, is speaking of the same thing.
WE ARE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
This is important to you and me because we are also electrical instruments not unlike that lamp.
Every thought is an electrical impulse, every movement of every muscle is an electrical impulse.
Just like every other electrical instrument, in order for us to work properly we must have connections that are male and female, positive and negative.
As the Chinese put it Ying and Yang.
OUR TERRIBLE ERROR
By eliminating the power of the female we have torn loose a connection that is so important.
Don't you see. In order for there to be light there must be both male and female. They compliment one another.
When you pull loose either the male or female connection, you eliminate the true power of nature. You will not have light. You will have darkness.
That is exactly what church and government have done.
They have eliminated the power of nature by cutting away the female. They are trying to light the light with only one part of the connection, the male.
It wont work and the results of the world condition are proof that it wont work.
Try it. Take one of the connections away from your battery and try to start your car.
So by taking scripture literally. By eliminating the power of the female, religion and government have ripped away one of the connections necessary for the cosmic battery to power the universal engine.
Now you as a New Age mechanic (meditator).
Looking under your hood (your mind in meditation ) ,you see that the one line is disconnected.
The female line.
In meditation you reconnect the line that religion and government have taken away. Your engine begins to run. You become enlightened.
As more and more mechanics look under their hoods, they will reconnect the female.
They will reconnect the mother, and all over the world and throughout the universe the true nature of God, male and female , the ultimate universal power, will begin to hum and Om will sound where there has been silence, and peace will reign were there has been war, because finally it will be a cosmic Mothers Day as was intended from the beginning.
